Reaching this milestone means you have explored a significant number of the game's 14 fishing zones and encountered fish across a wide range of rarity levels. Earning this badge demonstrates a strong commitment to the Fishing hobby and a solid understanding of seasonal and weather-based spawn mechanics.

The Fishing hobby is central to this achievement. Players will need to level their fishing skill to at least level 7 or 8 to access zones where rarer species spawn. Different fish appear depending on the time of day, current weather, and the specific fishing location. Investing in higher-quality bait and upgraded fishing rods will improve catch rates for uncommon and rare species. Checking the Fish Observation collection log regularly helps identify which species you still need.

To reach 50 species efficiently, keep a checklist and rotate between fishing zones during different weather patterns. Rainy days and nighttime sessions often yield species that do not appear in fair weather.
