Speed Demon

Speed Demon is a progression achievement in Heartopia, awarded for owning the fastest vehicle in the game: the White Convertible. Vehicles are a key quality-of-life feature in Heartopia, dramatically reducing travel time between regions and allowing players to explore the map more efficiently. The White Convertible sits at the top of the vehicle hierarchy as the most expensive and fastest option available.

The vehicle system unlocks at D.G. Level 6 through the Your First Wheels quest, which grants players a free Green Motorcycle. From there, players can purchase increasingly better vehicles from Andrew, the vehicle dealer NPC. The White Convertible requires a substantial Gold investment, making it a late-game purchase for most players. Each vehicle tier offers improved speed and sometimes unique aesthetic features.

To earn Speed Demon, focus on Gold generation through high-value item shipping, cooking profitable dishes, and completing Daily Requests and Weekly Tasks. Save up for the White Convertible rather than purchasing every intermediate vehicle. If you do buy intermediate vehicles, they help speed up your daily routines and indirectly help you earn Gold faster. This achievement pairs with the Millionaire achievement, as both require strong Gold income. Owning the White Convertible makes completing other achievements faster by reducing travel time across the map.
