The Eggplant offers an appealing combination of moderate seed cost and strong sell price, making it one of the more profitable crops available in the mid-to-late game.

Growth and Profit

Eggplants require 840 minutes (14 hours) to reach maturity. Each Eggplant sells for 405 coins at base price, delivering a net profit of 270 coins per harvest. The profit-per-hour rate works out to approximately 19.3 coins. While not the fastest earner, the Eggplant's growth timer fits well into a daily routine: plant in the evening and harvest the next morning, with a couple of hours to spare. The seed-to-sell ratio of 3x is consistent and reliable.
