Pineapples grow remarkably fast, reaching maturity in only 30 minutes. Each Pineapple sells for 52 coins at base price, producing a net profit of 37 coins per harvest. The profit-per-hour rate comes out to 74 coins, which is actually one of the highest in the game for active players. If you can harvest and replant consistently, Pineapples outperform many higher-level crops on a per-hour basis. The key limitation is that this requires frequent check-ins every half hour.
