Potatoes take 60 minutes (1 hour) to grow from seed to harvest. Each Potato sells for 90 coins, resulting in a net profit of 60 coins per harvest. Compared to the faster-growing Tomato, the Potato offers a significantly better return per seed investment. The 3x return on investment (seed cost to sell price) makes the Potato one of the most reliable income generators in the early game, especially for players who cannot check in every 15 minutes.
