Sea Fishing

Sea Fishing is an advanced fishing discipline taught by Bill at the Fishing Village, focusing exclusively on ocean zones and deep-sea catches. While the core Fishing hobby covers both freshwater and some coastal species, Sea Fishing specializes in the four ocean zones (Zephyr Sea, Whale Sea, Old Sea, and East Sea) and the cooperative Sea Fishing Party multiplayer event. This hobby unlocks access to some of the most valuable catches in the entire game.

Ocean Zones

Each ocean zone has a distinct personality and species roster. Zephyr Sea is the most accessible, with species from Level 1 upward including the profitable European Lobster and the elusive Moonfish. Whale Sea is known for high-value catches like Atlantic Mackerel, King Crab, Bluefin Tuna, and Swordfish. Old Sea hosts several unique species including Pufferfish, European Eel, and the Shortfin Mako Shark. East Sea rounds out the selection with Goby, Hermit Crab, Tub Gurnard (Level 6, Rainbow only), and Seabream.

Sea Fishing Party

The Sea Fishing Party is a special multiplayer zone where players fish cooperatively for exclusive species unavailable anywhere else. Notable exclusive catches include the Striped Red Mullet, Anglerfish, Common Octopus, European Flying Squid, Nursehound, Giant Oarfish, Golden King Crab, Ocean Sunfish, and Shortfin Mako Shark. Many of these are among the highest-value fish in the game, with the Golden King Crab and Ocean Sunfish both carrying 850G base prices.

Sea fishing rewards players who invest time in learning ocean weather patterns and timing their trips around Rainbow weather windows. The combination of high-value catches, multiplayer events, and the scenic Fishing Village setting makes this hobby a favorite among experienced players focused on Gold generation and collection completion.
