Town Hall is the administrative heart of Central Town, the starting region of Heartopia. This stately building stands at the center of the town square, serving as the first landmark new players encounter when they begin their journey. With its warm brick exterior and welcoming entrance, Town Hall sets the tone for the cozy, community-focused atmosphere that defines the entire game. The building houses the Mayor and key administrative NPCs who guide players through the D.G. (Designer Grade) system and town development.
