Cacao Trees require 2160 minutes (36 hours, or 1.5 real-time days) to grow. Each harvest of Cocoa Beans sells for 330 coins at base price, yielding a net profit of 220 coins. The profit-per-hour rate is approximately 6.1 coins, which is modest for direct sales. Like the Tea Tree, the Cacao Tree's real value comes from processing its harvest through cooking recipes rather than selling the raw beans.
