The Hyacinth is a fragrant, densely-clustered flower in Heartopia that unlocks at Gardening Level 11. Known for its tight spikes of star-shaped blossoms, the Hyacinth is a visually striking addition to any late-game garden. At Level 11, gardeners are in the final stretch of the hobby, and the Hyacinth provides a sophisticated breeding challenge with four hybrid color possibilities.

Growth Time and Base Colors

Hyacinths take 20 hours to grow from planting to full bloom. They come in Red, White, and Yellow base colors, with seeds purchased from Blanc in the Flower Field. The 20-hour growth timer means nearly a full day between planting and harvest. Plan your schedule so that Hyacinth harvests align with your regular play sessions to avoid wasted time.

Hybrid Colors and Breeding Tips

Hyacinths can produce four hybrid colors: Pink, Orange, Blue, and Cream. With the Hybrid Breeding skill already unlocked since Level 10, you should have improved breeding success rates by this point. The Blue Hyacinth is the standout variant, continuing the theme of Blue as one of the most desirable hybrid colors in the game. Leverage your experience from breeding Roses and Lilies to efficiently produce all four Hyacinth hybrid colors.

Late-Game Collection Strategy

Hyacinths are not used in any cooking recipes, making them purely decorative and collectible. At Level 11, you are also unlocking the Tea Tree crop, so balance your garden plots between crop production and flower breeding. Hyacinths pair well with Lilies and Roses in mixed floral displays. Completing your Hyacinth color collection demonstrates advanced mastery of the breeding system and prepares you for the final two flower species: Moth Orchid and Cranesbill.
