With its distinctive spotted coat and gentle demeanor, the Sika Deer is often one of the first wild animals players encounter during their forest explorations. Building bond with this elegant creature requires daily visits with its preferred foods.

Favorite Foods and Bond Building

The Sika Deer's favorite foods are Branches, Lettuce, and House Salad, each granting +2 bond points per feeding. Branches can be gathered from bushes throughout the forest, making them the most convenient food option. Lettuce requires Gardening Level 3 to grow but offers a reliable supply once your farm is established. House Salad is a cooking recipe that uses any 2 vegetables, providing a use for surplus crops. Regular foods grant only +1 bond point, so using favorites doubles your daily progress.

The Forest Lake location makes the Sika Deer a natural stop during fishing trips to the area. Players who fish at Forest Lake for Largemouth Bass, Large Pearl Mussel, or Blue Ero Crayfish can easily include a deer feeding in their routine.
